This is a great question and one that has been asked before! Masturbation with HSV isnt different than masturbation without it. I suppose the only thing that is different is making sure you don’t self inoculate if masturbating during an outbreak. fuckyeahsexeducation just made a great post about masturbation if you would like some general tips/advice.
